Michiana Hematology Oncology Extends Hours at Plymouth Office

To better serve the needs of Marshall County cancer patients, Michiana Hematology Oncology, P.C. is expanding its office hours in Plymouth to four days a week.

Beginning April 14, patients will be able to receive medical oncology consultations, chemotherapy and infusion therapy services, as well as patient and family education on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. The office will be closed on Wednesdays. The Plymouth office is staffed by two medical oncologists, Dr. David Taber and Dr. Bilal Ansari, one radiation oncologist, Dr. Guy Kedziora, and two nurse practitioners, Sharon Klingerman and Ruth Conley. Radiation Oncology services will continue to be provided Monday through Friday in the Plymouth Cancer Institute.

The expanded hours at the Plymouth Cancer Institute will give patients more options when it comes to their treatment. “Michiana Hematology Oncology is absolutely committed to meeting the needs of the Plymouth community”, said Dr. Taber. “We know how important it is to make our services convenient and accessible for our patients, especially when they are going through chemotherapy and other cancer treatments. Being able to accommodate these patients and their families during these difficult times is very important to all of us.”

Until the new hours take effect the office is open Monday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Thursday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
