Nurse Practitioner

Dawn R. Case, LMT, MSN, APRN-BC, FNP received her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Indiana University. She earned her Master of Science in nursing degree from Valparaiso University with emphasis on adult health. Her nurse practitioner certification training was also completed at Valparaiso University. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, she worked as an RN at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Dawn is a member of the Oncology Nurses Society as well as American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is also a licensed massage therapist (LMT) with 10 years experience, focusing on the comprehensive holistic aspect of healing. Dawn also serves as the co-facilitator of the Michiana Myeloma Support Group and is a member of the American Holistic Nurses Association.
