Denise Drasga, NP earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Purdue University, followed by a Master of Science in Nursing. Since 2003, Drasga has helped run Hematology Oncology Partners in Excellence (HOPE) with her husband, Ray Drasga, MD. Together, they have distinguished HOPE as one of the most trusted providers of cancer care in Lake County. Drasga’s many awards and honors include the Alumni and Friends Graduate Nursing Scholarship, the Purdue University Outstanding Senior Candidate Award and Family Nurse Practitioner Award, the St. Margaret Hospital Distinguished Service Award, and more. She is an active member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the Oncology Nursing Society. Drasga is a registered nurse and a licensed nurse practitioner certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
