Lisa Stults, FNP-C received her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Goshen College, Goshen, Indiana and earned her Master of Science degree in nursing and nurse practitioner certification from Indiana University, Indianapolis, Indiana. She is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Ms. Stults is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the Coalition of Advanced Practice Nurses of Indiana (CAPNI).
